Sales Rep. Inside/Outside

Texas Granite, is looking for an energetic, outgoing professional that has a passion for working with people and has experience in sales. This is a great opportunity to work with a variety of people, we offer two sales positions inside / outside.
Inside Sales:
It requires a 48 hour work week including Saturdays. This position includes base and commission on sales.
Duties include, but not limited to:
*Inside Sales
*Filing and faxing documents
*Maintain sales call log
*Answering Phones
*Answering and follow up on emails.
*Assisting customers/homeowners.
* Coordinate and work closely with the production and service team to develop sales strategies.
*Basic computer skills is a must
*Able to assist Company Meetings
*Must be bilingual
Duties include, but not limited to:
*Outside Sales
We are looking for consultants/estimators who know how to close the deal with larger projects, multifamily and commercial.
The Sales Consultant and Estimator will meet with customers to estimate the costs of their counter tops. Training will be provided, but basic experience is expected. Some leads will be provided, but the consultant should also be able to develop their own lead list and prospect on their own.
• Position requires extensive local market area travel with the use of a personal vehicle to travel to appointments.
• Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
• Construction knowledge and experience with residential remodels
• High level of professionalism in dealing with clients and team members.
• Excellent opportunity for enthusiastic, motivated and results-oriented individuals with excellent sales skills.
• Excellent verbal, social and written skills.
• Must be computer proficient
• Ability to make measurements, basic drawings, and basic knowledge of floor plans (blueprints)
• Able to work Monday through Friday
• Able to assist Company Meetings
Outside Sales Consultant Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience selling Granite, Marble, and Engineered Stone / Quartz products, such as Cambria, Zodiaq, Caesarstone, Silestone, etc.
