Provides clerical support and customer service for the Finance Division, particularly in the area of Utility Billing. Essential & Ancillary Job Duties: Essential Job Duties Performs backflow prevention program data entry and document scanning. Enters financial data into City software program. Set up and maintain residential and commercial utility accounts. Maintain readings and invoicing for hydrant meters. Researches, prepares, and drafts documents and correspondence. Prepare work orders for water shut-offs. Handles cash and balances cash drawer. Balances consolidated cash deposits and posts daily receipts. Ancillary Job Duties Relieve superiors of routine administrative tasks. Perform other related duties as assigned.
