Team Leader

General Summary:

This position assists in providing leadership and direction of the workforce for our DSD in California Warehouse functions. This position plays an integral role in the overall cost, efficiency, inventory, and service of the warehouse. This role is responsible for executing operations and directing the workforce in tasks related to the facility’s warehouse operation to achieve sales objective.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for the DSD Team in the area of sales center operations and become the “go-to” person for Business Unit leadership in the transformation journey.
  • Leads, trains and develops team members through a disciplined coaching process to maximize business opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans to deliver on sales targets in order to grow overall business within existing accounts through the management of the order management system.
  • Performing Warehouse inventory Monthly or as needed.
  • Manage and organize daily picking require by our outside sale.
  • Keeling accurate customer account information ensuring all invoice are in our system.

 

Qualifications

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or applicable Warehouse experience (2-5 years)
  • Prior warehouse leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must have positive attitude
