Slaughter Room Butcher - Responsible for performing hand slaughtering of animals including preparation of Zibiya Halal meat; will slaughter, skin, and eviscerate animals; will wash, weigh, and label carcasses; will maintain equipment and ensure kill floor cleanliness following all sanitary procedures. Must be able to lift weights up to 100 lbs. Must be able to work some weekends. Must have ability to perform slaughter of animals following Muslim Zabiya Hatal religious rules. Must have 6 months of experience in the job offered or 6 months of experience as a butcher or related field.
