Req #21241 Wednesday, February 2, 2022 We are looking for a Senior Director, Client Success who will be responsible for leading a team of client success professionals supporting our National/Multi-location clients. You are the right person for the role if you an empathetic, customer-centric and thoughtful leader who is excited about nurturing top talent and passionate about retaining and growing top national brands across multiple industry verticals including Healthcare, Education and Home Services. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 35+ (and growing!) digital marketing experts supplemented by an offshore team to deliver best in class marketing solutions and ROI for our clients across the US. As a client-facing leader of this team, you will build a culture of excellence focused on putting clients first. Our solutions span all products including Print, Digital Marketing Solutions, Owned & Operated digital, and Programmatic channels. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and product leadership to establish a high-performing team with a laser focus on delivering customer ROI and satisfaction to achieve retention and revenue objectives.
