Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Assurance Manager Wipfli LLP, a public accounting and consulting firm, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to be employed at its Milwaukee, WI headquarters. The person who fills this position will develop and lead the quality assurance program and community of practice to support the firm and the solutions that we offer to clients. The Quality Assurance Manager will research, document, communicate, architect, design and implement a quality framework and solutions across a variety of domains including web portals, packaged software, custom programming and cloud technologies. In addition, the person will provide quality guidance and leadership for Agile distributed project teams of software developers and engineers assembled to deliver comprehensive technology solutions. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or a related field plus at least 6 years of progressive quality assurance experience. As part of the 6 years of progressive quality assurance experience required, the applicant must also have at least: 5 years working in agile scrum models 5 years coordinating global projects including resources in both the US and India 5 years working with automation tools with at least 3 years Selenium experience 3 years managing or leading a team including delivering performance reviews, mentoring team members and supporting hiring decisions 3 years serving external clients while working in the accounting or technology consulting industry 1 year working as a quality assurance architect Project Management Professional Certification required Interested candidates should apply at www.wipfli.com/careers/careers-at-wipfli recblid ochql88964vc50v5pkaznn1dhh17gb
