We are seeking a Project Manager within our Talent Acquisition department. This individual will be responsible for executing our Employer Branding strategy, including managing our social media presence as well as overseeing our early-in career hiring and internship programs. You will be the primary architect for campaigns across various social media platforms, in establishing Gannett as an employer of choice. You will work with internal stakeholders and external vendors in advancing our brand strategy. Youll d evelop an understanding around the opportunities and challenges with our brand evolution and work to propose solutions. In addition, you will build new partnerships with key universities that allow us to proactively source high quality candidates. You will plan and execute campus recruiting activities including classroom presentations, career fairs, on-campus interviews and information sessions. You will also assist in the administration of our Internship program. This is a unique opportunity to create and build on our existing campus recruiting program and develop best practices that can be rolled out across the organization.
