Middle School Principal

Middle School Principal CUSD 300 seeks Principal for MS located in Carpentersville, IL. The principal will be responsible for setting the vision for achieving & sustaining high levels of student achievement. The principal's role will be to inspire, lead, guide, & direct the building's instructional & support services team in setting & achieving the highest standards of excellence & strategically implementing the school's mission through effective leadership of all stakeholders, including faculty, staff, student, parents, & the community. The principal will plan, develop, implement, lead, & evaluate the building's progress towards achieving the District's vision & strategic direction. The principal will oversee all aspects of the instructional program, the school environment, & the operational/fiscal health of the school. The Principal shall focus all available resources on having students reach their potential as self-directed learners & responsible citizens.
