As the Manager of Training and Development, you will be responsible for planning and leading the professional development and continuous learning of team members at all levels, supporting strategic goals, and promoting the company culture and values for our North American region. This role assesses company-wide development needs, develops recommendations, plans, implements, tracks, and reports training solutions, and trains selected programs. This individual is actively involved in the succession planning process, coaching and mentoring all manager levels and emerging leaders.
