WaterAid America, a US 501(c)(3) and member of the global WaterAid federation, is entering a new chapter and seeking a People Operations Manager . Within the context of organizational growth and change, the Manager of People Operations contributes to WaterAid's mission by continuously improving the employee experience across engagement, development, performance, and retention and proactively managing day-to-day HR operations. This role works to ensure that our culture puts our people and values first, where all staff feel valued and able to make the biggest possible impact towards our global mission. Responsibilities : To continuously improve engagement, development, performance and retention, the Manager is responsible for the day-to-day people (HR) operations of WaterAid America, serving as a primary point of contact for colleagues on a range of issues. Reporting to and working closely with the Chief of Staff, the Manager plays an integral role in proactively improving systems and policies aligned with our values and strategy, and with the most impacted staff top of mind. The role also oversees the People & Operations Coordinator who is responsible for managing and resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues for staff.
