Washington State University Facilities Services, Building Operations Locksmith Performs a variety of skilled work in the operation, maintenance, repair, remodeling and construction of buildings, grounds, machinery, mechanical facilities, systems, and equipment. Required Qualifications: Three years' full-time work experience as a locksmith helper/trainee OR journey level standing as a locksmith. Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements. Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid Driver's License. Experience with door hardware, locks, master key systems, and security systems. Be able to work at heights of up to 40 feet.
