AMA is looking for a Learning Solutions Manager (LSM) who will lead the development of creative, meaningful, and relevant content for delivery of AMA training engagements across modalities. The LSM will provide market insight, thought leadership and subject matter expertise, enabling AMA to better assess industry trends and respond to customer needs. The LSM will collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans and present at marketing events. The LSM will partner with the Corporate Learning Solutions (CLS) team to engage directly with our B2B customers to develop learning solutions tailored to their needs, including learning journey development, content adaptation, faculty alignment and travel to client sites and attending pilot programs when necessary. Responsibilities I. Client Engagement Lead overall client engagement Manage projects including, but not limited to, project management documents and processes that are completed for the client engagement, including permissions approval, contracts, project plans and client sign-off documents Execute participant communication strategies, customer internal marketing and participant measurement tools Work with clients to effectively and accurately set delivery expectations Efficiently partner with internal teams including: Project Coordinators, Learning Technologies, Graphics Production, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Senior Management Group Plan delivery and resource budgets for each client engagement Manage the deployment of all delivery modalities: Classroom, Virtual Classroom, Hybrid Classroom, AMA On-Demand content, etc. Provide content, faculty and related input for assigned RFP opportunities II. Portfolio Management Strategy and Development Provide content thought-leadership in areas of DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging), management and leadership, etc. Lead and manage instructional design process Assess, monitor and manage the portfolio strategy from content, quality, marketing and financial perspective to ensure cohesion with overall AMA learning strategy Plan and prioritize content development and revisions Work with Learning Technologies, Instructional Designers and
