Job Summary Lambert is seeking an investor relations manager who will be an integral part of our growing national banking, financial services and fintech IR practice. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years' experience in U.S. public company investor relations, through roles in corporate IR, as an outside advisor or consultant to listed companies, or in related fields such as equity research. Position may be based in in Detroit, MI, Grand Rapids, MI, Phoenix, AZ, Buffalo, NY, or New York, NY. Remote work from other U.S. locations will be considered for highly qualified applicants. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Serve as a key point of contact for clients' sell-side analysts and institutional investors Identify, target and engage with clients' prospective institutional investors Lead corporate access initiatives, including virtual and in-person non-deal road shows and analyst/investor days Analyze client and peer group financial performance Develop public company IR tools, including investor presentations, executive scripts and Q&A, corporate and financial news releases, letters to shareholders, investor fact sheets, ESG/CSR reports, annual and quarterly reports, etc. Assist in leveraging social and digital media for clients' investor relations programs Collaborate closely with colleagues, assist in managing the firm's IR analysts, providing support to Lambert directors, senior directors and managing directors Limited clerical and administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to assisting with managing client budgets and billing and managing key IR-vendor relationships Support business development activities led by Lambert directors and managing directors Periodic domestic travel to client
