Neighbor to Neighbor Massachusetts is seeking a Statewide Field Director to lead the development of a powerful field organizing program, strengthen the capacity and leadership of Neighbor to Neighbor members, and grow our electoral muscle to advance our issue and electoral campaigns. The successful candidate will be a proven community, labor, or political organizer. The successful candidate is adept at the art and science of leveraging time, resources, and relationships into concrete campaign victories that build power with and for LGBTQ+, women, immigrants, the working class, and communities of color. The Statewide Field Director directly supervises the organizing staff. The Director will work with the organizers to set base-building metrics, troubleshoot organizing issues, and collaborate with the organizers to build power across the state. Job Responsibilities: Supervising and supporting N2N field organizing team Co-creating strategic campaigns with members and staff team Strengthening current systems to run effective field operations and establishing new programs as needed Ensuring organizers meet the field program goals and objectives Modeling best practices for organizing team by engaging in some direct organizing work Providing technical support to organizers, including cutting walk lists, recording results and data using advanced targeting methods, and ensuring that chapter organizers are regularly entering data using the Voter Activation Network (VAN).
