If so, Chuhak & Tecson, a midsized Chicago law firm with a large trusts and estates practice, is seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of three to five years of experience representing medium- to high-net-worth clients on complex estate planning matters. Estate planning experience should include revocable living trusts as well as advanced planning tools, including intentionally defective grantor trusts, children's trusts, spousal access trusts, and business succession planning tools. Tax, corporate and other transactional experience is also desired. Portable business is a plus, but not required. Attorney must have superior organizational skills with an attention to detail, including the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects.
