Executive Director Position Available The Mental Health and Recovery Board of Wayne and Holmes Counties seeks applicants for the position of Executive Director. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who leads our Board to enhance the behavioral health of Wayne and Holmes Counties residents, improves and promotes behavioral health, and facilitates prevention, treatment, and recovery for our residents experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. The position requires a masters degree in a mental health or addictions related profession with a minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in program management and administration. The Executive Director reports to an 18-member Board and serves as the leader of the organization with responsibility to oversee the Boards community system of care. With responsibility for over $7 million, the Board funds and monitors a full continuum of behavioral health services that are provided by a network of 5 nonprofit funded partner agencies in Wayne and Holmes Counties.
