About the Position As the Enterprise Security Manager , you would manage all aspects of Enterprise Security, which includes development and implementation of security programs, policies, and procedures to enhance and ensure employee safety, public safety, information safety, effective disaster recovery planning, and protection of the Central Arizona Project (CAP) and its related assets. Some of the duties include: Continually identifies, evaluates, and monitors threats that could affect operational and business activities. Strengthens and formalizes security processes both within the security team and with other supporting resources. Oversees information security specialists to minimize cyber security risks. Collaborates with IT and external law enforcement agencies on addressing cyber threats. Manages staff responsible for creating/updating Business Disaster Recovery Plan. Serves as CAP's Chief Law Enforcement Officer and coordinates with federal, state, and local law enforce
