Orscheln Farm and Home is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated, responsible, and has the initiative to make the most of a career. District Manager Opportunity Qualified individual will manage the operational function from facilities to financials for eleven Orscheln Farm & Home stores across Central to Eastern Iowa. Responsible for hiring, training, and development of all levels of store employment. Maintain strong communication between Operations and all departments to ensure that Orscheln Farm & Home is the customers first choice. Required and proficient multi-unit retail management experience to include team building, sales building and profit development understanding and focus, excellent multi-tasking skills with outstanding follow up, and strong communication skills.
