Title: Director of Development Location: The Bronx, New York Position: Full-time Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 The Knowledge House (TKH) lifts entire communities out of poverty by training, empowering, and sustaining a pipeline of talented and capable technologists, entrepreneurs, and digital leaders. The Director of Development creates and drives TKH's critical fundraising strategies, locally and nationally. This position represents an exciting opportunity to develop and implement sophisticated fundraising and growth strategies. The Director of Development will meaningfully support fundraising's full lifecycle, including grant proposal and report writing, prospecting and research, solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship. Proven experience operating in a startup environment, along with a deep understanding of fundraising best practices will translate to success in this position. The
