Data Analytics Manager / Purch

Data Analytics Manager Overview Manages, develops, administers, oversees, and executes quality management reporting systems using technology, statistical analysis, and best practices. Responsibilities Performs complex data analysis to develop insights and root causes for ineffectiveness of processes. Determines business areas where data analysis can drive growth and productivity. Implements solutions to issues found in data analysis. Participates, assists, and leads, the effort to ensure that Mueller data, both internal and external, is integrated, accurate, and accessible. Works to ensure alignment between Mueller efforts and the strategic plan as defined. Leverages knowledge of data models, data relationships, mapping lineage, and business rules to ensure that solutions meet operational and business needs. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Masters Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of business planning, business intelligence, data analysis, or financial analysis is required. Familiarity with Cognos, TM1 and planning analytics is a plus. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Strong customer service skills. Ability to think conceptually and produce desired results. Compensation & Benefits Base salary, relocation assistance and promotion start date will be discussed with the interview finalist.
