Customer Success Rep Needed

El Clasificado is looking to fill a Customer Success Reps (CSR) position.

CSR are in charge of processing all the variations of digital packages created by El Clasificado under the Mas Clientes brand. This includes: New web sites, Banners, Change requests, and Quality Assurance of orders. Candidate will work directly with Sales representatives and may need to contact advertisers, when necessary, to ensure that orders have all the information needed to create the campaign. Candidate will work closely with designers to ensure the pages are done to the specifications of the production order and sends the campaign to reps when ready for their approval.
Must be able to write and speak fluently in English and Spanish, have a great attitude and able to work under weekly deadlines.

This is a full time position.

Office is located in Norwalk, CA (must be able to work from our office).
