Cedar Graphics has an opening in our Maintenance Department: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day custodial tasks, maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of Cedar Graphics building and grounds. Will be responsible for mowing, snow removal and general cleaning of property. Perform basic semi-skilled maintenance duties including painting, changing lights, electrical, minor carpentry and plumbing as needed. Assists in keeping dock area and production floors clean and maintained. Will be responsible for maintaining recycling program, emptying production garbage cans and changing out recycling containers. Will assist in refilling first aid stations and other supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Basic computer skills 3 years of experience which includes the ability to demonstrate of basic maintenance skills Solid work history Must be able to work under limited supervision. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to be on feet for eight hours, bend, climb ladders and stairs Previous fork truck experience is preferred. Work in indoors and outdoors – even in extreme temperature changes.
