Req #21215 Wednesday, February 9, 2022 The Concierge Onboarding Account Manager: Will work closely with our largest tiered and most complex clients. Providing strategic alignment, and engagement between the customer and our business to ensure a uniform and seamless onboarding experience. Once initially onboarded, this role will continue engagement via client success enablement, and drive all customer execution stanzas for at least 90 days. Background Expectations: Our ideal candidate must have a background in digital marketing with applied experience in SEM, SEO, Video, Social, Creative Digital Design, ECOM & Display advertising. The candidate should have a cross section of skills spanning from: Advertising strategy Sales Technology Extremely detailed-oriented Consumer insights Analytic Implementation of data-driven decision. Responsibilities: Work with new clients to complete the onboarding process. A customer centric journey. Plan & coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure all total project deliverables are on time and complete. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding experience. Build rapport with clients representatives, marketing staff, through routine and scheduled meetings. Develop and advise on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations, accessing feasibility, identifying marketing and advertising opportunities. Work with any and all teams (internal/external) to proactively ensure that deadlines are not missed, during the entire lifecycle, from onboarding through 90 days live. Identify digital growth performance opportunities and create proactive measurable value that is succinct with the customers end to end vision. This should occur for our customers on a quarterly basis. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex digital/social concepts.
