Campaign Manager

The Tom Smith for Delegate (D-14) campaign in Montgomery County, Maryland (just outside DC), is seeking a thoughtful and hardworking Campaign Manager to lead our diverse team to victory on election day, June 28th. Campaign Principles HERE Responsibilities include: Working directly with the candidate to manage all aspects of the campaign Continuing to build a campaign strategy focused on field outreach, fundraising, and marketing throughout the 14th district Designing and implementing a field plan Managing and training field staff (volunteer and paid) Helping manage a fundraising program including communications, event organization, and call time preparation Qualifications Puts the needs of our team and voters first Previous experience working on a campaign Excellent organizational and time management skills Familiarity with NGP VAN Ability to perform in a high pressure environment Experience with field organizing Understanding of political fundraising Our team is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, national origin, disability, military status, age, marital status, or parental status.
