Business Development Center Representative
We are currently looking to fill the following position in our Client’s location in New Jersey:
Business Development Center Representative is responsible for handling sales inquiries, lead generation and support of organizational sales goals. We are currently seeking a motivated person for our location in New Jersey.
• Answer all incoming phone call in pre-set organizational standards; gather information, and schedule appointments for sales and service
• Make outbound phone calls as scheduled
• Reschedule no-show up appointments
• Respond to the internet inquires
• Ensure that all customer are attended in a professional manner
• Maintain organizational standards for response time
• Enter customer data into CRM
• Handle customers’ misunderstandings and complains
• Strong customer focused
• Excellent customer service
• Self-motivated, self-confident with a desire to grow professionally within the organization
• Able to read and comprehend instructions
• Sale experience
