The Associate Director of Admission is responsible for executing the strategic student recruitment plan for our high school all-girls boarding and day school. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Associate Director of Admission will be an enthusiastic, articulate team player who is passionate about education and exemplifies as a role model for young women. Ideal candidates will demonstrate past results through initiative and creativity. We encourage individuals who are characterized as strategic thinkers and goal-oriented to apply. Qualifications and Responsibilities A college degree is required 3 years admission experience preferred Represent Santa Catalina's values, culture, and programs to prospective high school students and families Manage a defined territory and recruit applicants by visiting schools, attending education fairs, developing relationships with consultants, and following up with leads Participate in applicants' campus visits Maintain accurate prospect files for defined territory Review and present applicant files as a member of the Admission Decision Committee Assist with prospective student events regionally and on campus. This role requires the individual to travel to pre-determined, nationwide events in service to the strategic recruiting goals.
