As we continue to secure more exciting projects, We are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager who will be reporting to the Site Manager this role is responsible for supporting and assisting the site management team in managing the site activities, including deputising as required, and working in a safe profitable manner deliver a quality product.

Some key responsibilities will include:

Managing the contract including the agreed contract program (or subsequent version)
Timely and accurate reporting to senior management of on site activities, including any supply chain activities
Ensuring management of project risk
Ensuring the management and clearance of any defects
Only employing processes that add value to your customers and people
Prepare sites prior to the commencement of construction work

Key Skills:

Ideally experience of site supervision.
Customer focused approach with a desire to provide excellent customer service.
Leadership skills
Excellent all round communication skills.
Able to prioritise work, remain calm and maintain standards when under pressure.
