We are currently seeking a talented individual to join the Northeast State Community College team as a Assistant to the Director & Tutor Coordinator - TRiO. Position Summary The successful candidate will serve as Assistant to the Director of TRiO Student Support Services and as the Coordinator for the TRiO Student Support Services Tutoring Program. He or She will assist the Director in the coordination of program activities and reporting while facilitating all aspects of the TRiO Student Support Services tutoring program. The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of the comprehensive community college philosophy and the role of TRiO Student Support Services. Requirements of the Position Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements Master's degree in education, counseling, or related field with at least two years of experience working in post-secondary education; or, a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field and at least three years of experience in a federal TRiO program or college-level tutoring program .
