Art Manager

Mead & Hunt is seeking a highly motivated manager to lead our creative design services staff. Responsibilities include overseeing our creative design program; managing our graphics team and workload; addressing internal client questions and needs; overseeing our branding and image; and collaborating with Marketing Managers, Marketing Director, Corporate Management (HR, IT, etc.) and other technical staff. Travel will be required. The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling nine years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable: bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 5 years of experience; associate degree in a relevant field plus 7 years of experience; no degree plus 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience any/all of the following: Overseeing/managing a corporate brand and design program Supervising and developing staff Planning team workload Developing and enforcing processes and procedures Creating materials for both a print and digital design environment Designing for the architecture, engineering and/or construction industry or another professional services environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to protected veteran status, disability, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
