We are currently looking for a Full Time Bilingual Leasing / Assistant Manager for a 83 unit Property. Willing to train the right person

Experience with Bluemoon and Yardi are preferred
Bilingual English/ Spanish
Must be able to multi task and be well organized
Must have good attendance and reliable transportation

Responsibilities Include

File Paper work
Show apartments
Prepare leases
Answer telephone
Assist residents
Prepare work orders
Rent Collection
